Thank you for choosing FanComfort. We are committed to delivering your breeze as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during peak summer season or holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily serve the United States and Canada.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FanComfort is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note: For US customers, most orders under $800 are typically duty-free.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
FanComfort is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We highly recommend taking photos of the damaged box and product immediately upon arrival.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@fancomfort.com immediately.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily focus on the North American market. If you are located outside of the US or Canada, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
